Shipping Information

You may check your approximate shipping cost by choosing your location on your shopping basket and clicking recalculate. This estimate is based on on packages less than 1 kg.

After you submit your shopping basket, we will send you the final shipping amount that will be added to your purchase amount in your confirmation email.

The shipping and handling rate is based on which courier service we will use. It may vary from time to time depending on service availability. However, just to get an idea, within Metro Manila, for orders less than 1 Kilogram, cost is approximately PHP65 to 100. Provincial deliveries are approximately PHP135 for less than 1 kilogram.

After payment has been made, a tracking number will be given to you so you can find out where your package is at any time. Please note that we will send out your package on the following working day after we receive payment. If you pay on a Friday, the package will be sent out on Monday. If you pay the day before a holiday, the package will be sent out on the next working day after the holiday.

For Metro Manila, it usually takes about 2 -3 days after payment is received before the package is delivered. For provincial addresses, it takes approximately 5 - 7 days after payment is received. Should there be any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Please note that we have no control over the delivery schedule of packages. The courier can not give a specific time of delivery because this is subject to their route, number of packages to be delivered, traffic, holidays and weather conditions. We ask for your patience in waiting for your package.
